It is safe to say that remote work is now part of the global professional landscape. Traditional work models are no longer enough to retain top-tier talent — employees want more than just a full-time job that requires office presence five days a week. Remote-first workplaces are emerging as a global preference among candidates: Employer turnover rates are 25 percent lower in companies that embrace a remote or flexible work environment.
This shift in employee mindset is driving companies to revamp their onboarding experiences to tackle retention more strategically. In a candidate-driven market, what can companies struggling with retention do to ensure that the time, money, and energy they spend on recruiting global remote employees delivers a great return on investment (ROI)? In our session, join Jamie Thomas, Manager of Talent Acquisition for G-P to learn critical insights and strategies to attract high-caliber candidates, boost global employee retention, and increase the chances of onboarding talent that will stay long term.
