Amit is a multiple award-winning global HR Leader with more than 15 years of experience in regional and global roles across Europe, North America, and Asia. He is currently a Senior HR Business Partner at PointClickCare Technology based in Toronto. Prior to taking this role, he worked in a variety of industries in different countries in Strategic HR Business Partnering, OD and Change, Digital HR Transformation roles in global matrix and high-growth organizations. He has demonstrated success in accelerating the scale-up of tech companies leveraging digital HR, AI-powered automation. He led an accelerated scale-up of InfoCepts, recognized by Gartner as one of the world's top-40 data and analytics solution providers. He is passionate about HR Technology, translating complex needs into tailored HR programs to enhance employee experience.

He is a mentor to tech start-ups, incubators, and is involved with several, not for profits focused on building digital skills for children and youth. He has lived and worked in the UK, USA, Canada, India, Singapore, and Malaysia and enjoys deep connections in the global technology communities.

Amit has a B.Eng. in Electrical Engineering from NIT, Trichy, India, an M.A. in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations from TISS, Mumbai, India, and an M.A. in International Journalism from City, University of London, UK.
