Josh Drean

Josh Drean is a startup advisor at Harvard Innovation Labs, Global Brand and Growth Strategist at Leapgen, and Co-founder of DreanMedia, a creative and consulting agency that designs employee-centric media.

Josh’s work has been featured in Harvard Business Review, Forbes, Bostinno, and he has made appearances on The Today Show, NBC, and FOX Business. His YouTube channel has garnished millions of views and he was named top 100 HR influencers of 2021.

Josh travels internationally speaking to hundreds of HR leaders and thousands of employees each year to design better workforce experiences. He earned his undergraduate degree in I/O psychology from BYU and a masters degree at Harvard University, where he incubated an HR Tech startup pioneering sentiment analysis in real-time.
