Panel: The Future of Work Is Data-Driven

Join Ben Teusch, Tomeka Hill-Thomas, Kelsey Kline, Genetha Gray, and Susan Biancani on February 17th as they discuss the recent evolution and future role of people analytics in the workforce. How has the use of data changed since the pandemic? What struggles have been amplified since shifting to fully remote/hybrid work? Experts will share case study examples, best tools & practices, as well as predictions for the role of data post-pandemic.

In this session, speakers will cover pressing topics such as:

  • How have you been using data to better understand the employee experience during the pandemic? What is the data telling you about the “Great Resignation” at your company?
  • How do you get buy-in from stakeholders to use a variety of data sources and research approaches, including more advanced research?
  • How do we make sure we’re taking an ethical approach to our research as we use varied research methods, especially regarding employee privacy?
  • Making the future of work data-driven depends on business leaders understanding and acting on our insights. How can we work together to make sure analysts understand the business and the business understands our findings?
