Sabrah Wilkerson

Sabrah Wilkerson is the Learning and Development Manager for Schellman and Company. Prior to joining Schellman in January of 2017, Sabrah worked for over 15 years in the learning and development field including managing teams, consulting, conducting needs analysis, designing and developing training for leaders and employees. Sabrah is an expert at facilitating programs, leading programs for soft skills and technical skills, managing projects, and evaluating programs. Her experience spans across financial and investment management firms, County government, and the Retail industry. For Schellman, Sabrah's primary focus is on employee development, designing and delivering large scale Learning and Development projects and programs including conferences, orientations, certifications, classroom programs, webinars, and self-paced online learning. Sabrah is passionate about helping others achieve their full potential.
