There are so many different types of organizations to consider, especially when building or considering rebuilding an HR team. Should you keep building on top of existing practices, or maybe it’s time to break the mold?

The level of intensity during the first 90 days when setting foot into a new role of a People Leader is guaranteed, as you need to navigate and lead all parts of an HR function from day one.
