Dr. Tina R. Walker is a seasoned HR practitioner with more than twenty-five years of HR, Operations, and Business Administration experience. She has a strong desire to take care of the people who take care of people, which is why more than 15 years of her career has been spent in nonprofit organizations. While she is well versed in all aspects of human resources, she has a strong passion for employee relations, change management, operational efficiencies, training and development, talent and performance management and benefits administration. Tina holds a bachelor’s degree in Communications with a minor in Behavioral Science from California State University Dominguez Hills. She earned a master’s in business administration and a doctorate in organizational leadership from the University of Phoenix. She resides in Los Angeles County and is the proud parent of an adult son, one granddaughter, and aunt to 4 nieces and 3 nephews.
