Simon Phillips is a Learning Manager for Catalina Marketing, engaged at all levels to enhance skill development and knowledge acquisition. His primary focus is to optimize learning for his audience, which includes modeling for metrics and sustainability.

Since 2005, Simon has worked in Professional Education in roles of consultation, program management, operational analysis, eLearning, instructor-led training and process improvement. He has his Bachelors in Business Management from St. Leo University and a Masters in Education from Purdue University.
